About Cliff
Born into a family of hunters, it’s no surprise Cliff inherited the passion for the tradition of hunting. He was given his first gun, a shotgun, at the ripe and ready age of one day old by his uncle. Around the age of five, his mother taught him how to shoot with a bb rifle. It has been a non-stop obsession ever since, even when other aspects of life kept him from the woods.
During the earlier part of his life, Cliff mainly gun hunted for whitetail deer and small game. He also discovered the joy of coon hunting with his brother and owned dogs for quite a few years, participating in many officially sanctioned events with them. As he grew older, Cliff began archery hunting for deer and has since hunted mostly with a bow and arrow as he finds it to be much more challenging and enjoyable.
Cliff also enjoys writing and has found Hunting Sense to be a perfect opportunity to marry his two passions into one. He is married with a wonderful wife and three fabulous children. He is close to his family and firm in his love for the heritage of hunting that has been passed down to him and looks forward to passing it on to his own children.
