A deer with 7 legs?
We’ve all heard stories of does that have antlers, but how about a deer with seven legs? That’s what Rick Lisko of Wisconsin discovered after hitting a nub antlered buck with his truck on Nov. 22.
Not only did the deer have seven legs, but Lisko also claims the deer had both male and female genitals. This couldn’t be substantiated by Doug Bilgo, a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Warden who went to Lisko’s property to tag the deer, because they had been removed when it was gutted.
Other than that, the deer appeared to be in perfect health. Lisko also said “It was tasty.”
Apparently, Bass Pro Shops has shown interest in doing a full body mount of the deer and displaying it in one of it’s retail stores.
Although I would like to include a picture here, they are copyrighted, so I’m not able to. The article above does include one, though, where one of the extra legs is clearly shown.
